Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) 8000 is a high quality whey protein that has excellent bioavailability and nutritional characteristics. It is gently membrane filtered with water to 80% dry basis purity and contains very little lactose (< 7%).
WPC 8000 is high in dairy calcium and useful in various applications, including beverage, sports nutrition, dairy, bakery, weight management, bars, tableting and confectionery. WPC 8000 is processed to maintain product quality by keeping proteins intact and ensuring a superior source of protein.
Instant Whey Protein Concentrate (IWPC) 8500 is a high quality whey protein which offers excellent bioavailability and nutritional characteristics. It is gently membrane filtered with water to 80% dry basis purity. This product undergoes an instantizing process to enhance dispersability. IWPC 8500 has a pleasant, mild flavor.
