PGP International's dedication to continual applications development comes to life in our Functional Ingredients Technology (F.I.T.) Center. An 8,300-square-foot facility located minutes from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.
This is our product and process center where all the elements of basic and applied protein research and development meet. The F.I.T. Center's applications and chemistry labs, sensory science facilities, processing space and prep areas are where we get to work providing you with specific applications support.
That's because the F.I.T. Center is as much an asset to you as it is to our R&D and Quality teams. Consider it an offsite extension of your in-house development facilities.
